We are One Family of Humanity. Heart-based attitudes promote recognition of commonalities—the thing that connects us as humans--and the laying aside of differences. “Journey of the Heart” stimulates the attitudes of oneness, peace, cooperation, and kindness, empowering each individual to align his or herself with these higher ideals, benefitting themself and All.

This is a 7-week intensive contemplative and writing exercise. Think: Deep Thinking meets Spiritual Journaling: shifting the consciousness of humanity from separation to Oneness, one step at a time.

It is designed to challenge your beliefs and expectations, and provide you with a higher vision of yourself. This creates an internal tension, as you stretch to live up to a higher standard for yourself. The outcome is what John Randolph Price calls "spiritual conditioning": teaching the little mind to think and live through higher (spiritual) ideals.

It is based on a four-step process:

Step one: Being aware (thinking)

Step two: Thinking or believing there is a better way (reading the Guiding Thoughts)

Step three: Deciding to change (this is up to you)

Step four: Committing to actions that bolster that decision (writing)

Each Journey concentrates on one aspect of your inner self. It gives you a focal point, a place to direct your energy. This method does two things: 1) It strengthens your trust in that particular aspect of yourself 2) It puts your conscious and subconscious mind to "be on the lookout" for real life experiences connected to that aspect. This combination builds external (experiential) trust in your inner self (that aspect).

In this Journey, the aspect that we focus on is the Heart. The heart is the center for Love, and for all emotions. This is the foundation of strength.

“I am now ready to fulfill my Divine Purpose and Reason for Being”.  “Journey of Purpose” raises one’s consciousness to reach their Divine Potential. This Journey brings to the surface limiting thoughts and beliefs which need to be transformed or released in order to achieve True Purpose, and replaces those limiting thoughts with expansive, transformative thoughts, bringing a higher state of understanding of one’s Purpose. You are powerful beyond your knowing and it is time for you to express your Divine Potential!

Worth

“I am Worthy of the Life I deserve”. Low self-worth (also known as low self-esteem) pervades much of the modern psyche. It is a deep-seated state based in false ideas about one’s personal value. The Truth is that everyone is infinitely valuable. False beliefs about one’s worth holds one back from living a life of value (a life of Purpose), and can also limit the value (or wealth) one is able to receive.  “Journey of Worth” delves into these false messages in order to expose and transform them, then generate a new sense of real worth and value. For those with already high self-esteem, it directs the existing strength-of-self even higher.

This is a 7-week intensive contemplative and writing exercise. Think: Deep Thinking meets Spiritual Journaling: shifting the consciousness of humanity from separation to Oneness, one step at a time.

Healing

When we are present in each moment, and aware of our being, the mind is in its natural state and the body (physical reality) is transcended. Or natural being is Whole, Holy, and Healthy. On “Journey of Healing” thoughts and beliefs of “being sick” are exposed and denied. Thoughts of our innate nature then direct the mind back to our being Whole, Holy, Healthy.

Abundance

Mind and emotions that embody Peace, Love, and Harmlessness are at the root of Abundance, and “money is the consolidation of the loving, living energy of divinity” (Djwal Khul). “Journey of Abundance” reinforces one’s natural divinity, and strengthens thoughts and emotions of Love and Peace, to bring about material experiences of abundance. This Journey takes you deep into your understanding of the Divine as Source for all your material needs, opening channels for you to receive the flow of abundance, which is your birthright.

When a person is aware of the Divine as the Source for all fulfillment, and understands that the Divine is always full and fulfilled, and knows themself as a channel for that Source, then there is never any lack or limitation. “Journey of Fulfillment” takes Abundance one step further: from the realm of material abundance into the realm of emotional-mental-physical-spiritual fulfillment. In Fulfillment, there is nothing outside of the infinite flow of Divine Perfection.

Gratitude

Gratitude opens the heart and mind, so the body will perform actions of appreciation. Since actions beget reactions, actions that are generous, kind, or caring will promote receiving similar actions. Journey of Gratitude strengthens the relationship between inner thoughts and feelings of gratitude with outer experiences of the results of that gratitude. In gratitude, the world opens to possibility, the heart is light, and everyone is a channel for Good Will to be returned.

“Journey of Courage” is designed to strengthen the inner-spiritual-warrior. It is created to promote unshakable faith and trust in the Divine. It is about the courage to do the right thing, and the bravery to resist all atrocities and falsehood. Only courage to trust in and to live the Highest Divine Path will lay the foundation for the next two Journeys. Freedom and Peace can only be found, when sought with Courage.

Freedom

All the previous and following Journeys are sub-sets of “Journey of Freedom”. The Journeys of Purpose, Healing, Worth, Fulfillment, Heart, Abundance, etc., encourage the active, conscious strengthening of the awareness and understanding of Divine Presence through those different aspects. “Journey of Freedom” is the ultimate journey—the reason for all the other Journeys, the “goal” of every journey—every journey of life, every path we walk, from our families-friends-relationships to the work we choose or don’t choose, to our health and body. God is infinite. Love is infinite. No matter how far you’ve come, no matter how much Divine Presence you think-feel-be, there is always more. Always. Freedom is following the Inner Divine with every step, infinitely.

Peace is the answer. Peace is the goal. Peace is the pervasive Presence. Without Peace, nothing matters. Without Peace, no step is worthwhile. Without Peace, there is no heart; there is not purpose; there is no worth; there is no healing; there is no abundance; there is no gratitude, no courage, no freedom. Find the answer; reach the goal. Let Peace penetrate all areas of your mind, heart and actions, bringing with it, the True Value of all the Journeys.
